As a Yoga instructor, my love for this practice started almost 30 years ago.  Having been an avid student of many styles of Yoga, I felt most connection to, and prefer to teach the Hatha style as it allows everyone to practice at their own level, while building strength and offering the ability to deepen and grow over time.  I knew I wanted to share all the wonderful benefits that I was gaining from my practice, so I decided to become a qualified teacher to enable me to bring this awareness and the same joy to as many people as I could.
