Ringwood has big-box gyms, but Hammer’s is a specialist. Our Muay Thai program is led by former champion Mark “The Hammer” Castagnini and follows a graded system for beginners through to fighters. We are about 7 km west along Maroondah Highway (Whitehorse Road) in Nunawading, or three train stops from Ringwood station.

You still get a full gym: 24/7 access, Precor weights and cardio, group classes, an infrared sauna and a cold plunge, with free underground parking for members.

Getting Here

From Ringwood to Hammer's Gym

By train: Ringwood to Nunawading is three stops on the Lilydale and Belgrave lines, then about a 10 to 15 minute walk.

By car: head west on Maroondah Highway, which becomes Whitehorse Road, for about 7 km. Members park free in our underground car park.
