Get maximum health benefits in minimal time in our Hammer Fit 45 classes that are programmed for performance. You can expect to burn 500+ calories in each 45-minute session.

Each exercise within the circuit involves performing reps for a specified time before moving on to the next station. Follow our class structure of 45 second of maximal effort followed by a 15 second recovery interval at each exercise station. Go from bodyweight training, to free weights, to cardio machines, then to agility…the varieties are endless! This training style is proven to help stimulate accelerated fat loss, muscular growth, and complete cardio conditioning.

Our professional HF45 instructors will guide you through this workout, showing you how to correctly perform each exercise to avoid risk of injury. You do not have to be a seasoned athlete to attend this class. HF45 is designed to get you fit, and if you’re already fit, it’ll improve it tenfold.
