Boxing Fit is one of our most popular classes at Hammers Gym.
Our workouts replicate the physical demands of boxing rounds. Boxing Fit consists of 5 x 3-minute rounds with exercises between rounds.
Each workout is completed in 1 hour giving both partners the opportunity to hold focus mitts for 5 rounds and punch for 5 rounds. 1 hour is the optimal duration for high-intensity training, maintaining the right balance between effort and results.
