Hammer’s Gym — “The Hammers Gold Experience” $5,000+ Giveaway. Trade promotion lottery conducted in Victoria.

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Casta Investments Pty Ltd (ABN 29 131 336 082) trading as Hammer’s Gym, of 244 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading VIC 3131 (“the Promoter”). Contact: admin@hammersgym.com.au or (03) 9878 9266.

2. Competition period

Entries open at 12:00am AEST on Wednesday 19 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 31 August 2026. Entries received outside this period are not eligible. The Promoter’s system clock determines the time an entry is received.

3. Eligibility

1. Entry is open to residents of Victoria aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.
2. The prize is a membership and coaching package delivered at Hammer’s Gym, 244 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading VIC 3131. The winner must be able to attend that location. No travel, accommodation or transport is included.
3. Directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agency associated with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
4. The Promoter may verify the identity, age, residency and eligibility of any entrant, and may disqualify any entry it cannot verify.
5. Existing Hammer’s Gym members may enter. If an existing member wins, the 12-month Gold Membership is applied as a 12-month extension to their current membership, commencing at the end of their current paid period.

4. How to enter

1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
2. To enter, an entrant must complete the entry form on this page in full — first name, last name, mobile number and email address — and refer at least one friend by supplying that friend’s full name and Australian mobile number.
3. An entry is not valid and will not be accepted unless it includes at least one valid friend referral.
4. By entering, the entrant warrants that the details supplied are true and correct, that they are the owner of the mobile number and email address supplied, and that they have the express permission of each referred person to provide that person’s name and mobile number to the Promoter for the purposes set out in clause 10.

5. Entries and bonus entries

1. Each eligible entrant receives one (1) base entry on completing the entry form and submitting at least one valid friend referral.
2. Each additional valid, unique friend referred earns the entrant one (1) bonus entry. Total entries are calculated as 1 base entry plus the number of valid unique referrals. For example, four valid unique referrals equals five total entries.
3. A referral is valid only where it includes a full name and a valid Australian mobile number, and that mobile number differs from the entrant’s own.
4. Referrals are de-duplicated by mobile number, both within a single entry and across the entrant’s record. The same mobile number counts once only, regardless of the name supplied.
5. Incomplete, invalid, fictitious or unverifiable referrals earn no bonus entry.
6. An entrant may return during the competition period to add further referrals, which attach to their original entry record and earn further bonus entries.
7. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, has manipulated the entry mechanic — including by submitting numbers that are not genuine contacts of the entrant, using automated means, or entering under multiple identities.
8. The Promoter’s determination of what constitutes a valid entry or referral is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The prize

There is one (1) prize: The Hammers Gold Experience, with a total stated value of $5,000+ (including GST), comprising:

1. a 12-month Gold Membership at Hammer’s Gym Nunawading;
2. a strength and conditioning program;
3. one-on-one session(s) with Mark ‘Hammer’ Castagnini and/or the Hammer’s Gym coaching team, the number and scheduling of which is to be agreed between the Promoter and the winner;
4. a personalised nutrition plan;
5. a $250 Muscle Chef voucher;
6. a Hammer’s Gym clothing kit;
7. a martial arts equipment package, comprising gloves, wraps and a skipping rope.

1. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
2. The prize is awarded as a whole. A winner who declines any component does not receive a substitute or its cash value.
3. The 12-month Gold Membership is subject to the Promoter’s standard membership terms and conditions, which the winner must sign. The membership is provided at no cost to the winner: no joining fee, administration fee or direct-debit payment is payable by the winner for the 12-month prize period.
4. The membership must commence within 30 days of the winner being notified, and expires 12 months after commencement.
5. Coaching sessions, the program and the nutrition plan are subject to coach availability and must be booked and used within 12 months of the draw date.
6. Clothing and equipment are supplied in the sizes and styles available at the time. Where a size or item is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
7. If any component of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a component of equal or greater value.
8. The meal voucher is subject to the issuer’s own terms, including any expiry, minimum spend and redemption channel. Those terms are available from the voucher issuer.
9. The winner is responsible for any tax consequences of accepting the prize and should seek independent advice. Any cost not expressly listed above is the winner’s responsibility.

7. The draw

1. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
2. Draw date and time: 11:00am AEST, Tuesday 1 September 2026.
3. Draw location: 244 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading VIC 3131.
4. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or its nominated representative.

8. Winner notification, publication and unclaimed prize

1. The winner will be contacted on the mobile number supplied at entry, and also in writing to the email address supplied, within two (2) business days of the draw.
2. The winner’s first name and surname initial will be published at hammersgym.com.au/win on 1 September 2026 and will remain published for at least 28 days.
3. The prize will be awarded to the winner within 28 days of the draw.
4. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize, within 14 days of first notification, the Promoter may conduct a redraw. Any redraw will take place at the location in clause 7.3 at 11:00am AEST, Tuesday 22 September 2026, and the redrawn winner will be notified and published on the same basis.

9. Health, safety and the nature of the coaching prize

1. Before commencing any training, the winner must complete the Promoter’s standard pre-exercise screening and sign the Promoter’s standard waiver and membership agreement.
2. The strength and conditioning program and the nutrition plan are general fitness and lifestyle guidance only. They are not medical, physiotherapy or dietetic advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified health practitioner. The winner should consult their doctor before starting any new training or eating plan.
3. The Promoter may decline to deliver, or may modify, any component of the prize on reasonable health and safety grounds.

10. Privacy and referred friends

1. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to run this competition, calculate entries, contact entrants and administer the prize.
2. Details of referred friends are collected from a third party — the entrant — and not from the referred person. The Promoter collects a referred friend’s name and mobile number for the sole purpose of validating the entrant’s bonus entries.
3. A mobile number supplied by an entrant is not that person’s consent to receive commercial electronic messages. Referred contacts are stored separately, flagged “Third-Party Referral — Marketing Consent Not Obtained”, and are not added to the Promoter’s SMS or email marketing lists, and not sent marketing messages, unless and until that person gives their own consent directly to the Promoter.
4. As soon as reasonably practicable after collection, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify each referred person that it holds their details, why it holds them, and how to have them removed.
5. A referred person may require the Promoter to delete their details at any time by contacting admin@hammersgym.com.au, and the Promoter will do so promptly.
6. Entrants who tick the optional marketing box consent to receive news, offers and training tips from Hammer’s Gym, and may unsubscribe at any time.
7. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

11. Records

The Promoter will retain accurate records of all entries, the draw and the distribution of the prize for three (3) years after the promotion is finalised.

12. General

1. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
2. This promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted in Victoria and is subject to the conditions applying to trade promotion lotteries in Victoria.
3. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for technical or any other reason, or for any failure of the entry form.
4. The Promoter may, subject to applicable law, amend these terms or suspend, vary or cancel the promotion where it is necessary to do so for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
5. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or the prize. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Meta and Instagram completely.
7. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
8. By entering, entrants accept these Terms & Conditions.
