Hammers Gym Floor

We chose the best quality machines for our members that ensure reliability, ease-of-use, and solid construction with smooth, flowing and precise motion.

With two large gym floor areas you’ll be sure to find everything you need to get your desired training underway.

At the front of the facility, you will find our commercial gym area. Stacked with State-of-the-Art Precor equipment that are used by world renown stars. ‘The Rock’ Dwayne Johnson, the Kardashians, Chris Hemsworth ring a bell? Yep, they ALL use Precor gym equipment. If it’s good enough for them, it’s good enough for us.

If you’re new to the gym and not sure what to do our machines all come with a QR code. Scan this and view a detailed explanation of how to use the piece with easy video instructions. Above the front gym floor is our stretch room with matted flooring to spread out on. Dedicated cardio machines including rowers, cross trainers, and stationary bikes for intense workouts.

At the far end of the first floor of Hammers Gym is our functional strength floor area. Loaded with equipment that requires large movements, we have cleared ample space for you. Our this zone is dedicated to weight lifting and functional strength. Competition bench press, deadlift platform and squat racks. Astroturf has been laid for our battle ropes and sled. Boost your cardio with our milling machines, SkiErg, assault bikes and rowers or level up your arm day with our monkey bars, endless rope machine, arm bike and more!
