Boxing Hiit class is a hybrid of our two most popular fitness classes Boxing Fitness and HF45. We have fused these classes together to bring a unique spin on what group exercise looks like. This cardio, strength and conditioning class mixed with Boxing is jam packed with explosive movements to keep you looking and feeling good.

Boxing Hiit employs the aerobic movements of boxing such as punching the heavy bag or focus mits and the anerobic movements of weightlifting such as Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and Barbells. The blending of the two leaves you with a training style that shreds body fat, tones muscle, and strengthens your body and mind.
