BoxFit

Our Boxing Fitness class is an adaption of high intensity exercise with traditional boxing roots. By blending the cardiovascular movements of boxing and body weight exercises this class will have you burning over 500 calories in a single session!

Boxing Fitness classes focus on aerobic exercise, which gets your lungs breathing and your heart pumping. Boxing Fitness includes drills such as punching the heavy bag, partnered focus mitt work, body weight exercises (pushups, squats, burpees & more!) and explosive movements. Exercises like these condition your cardiovascular system and boost your endurance to assist you in becoming a happier, healthier person.
