Proteins: fish, lean meats, egg whites, Greek yoghurt, feta/cottage cheese, whey protein Isolate or pea/rice protein isolate etc.
Complex Carbohydrates: carrots, sweet potato, baby corn, beets, pumpkin, turnip, butternut squash, zucchini, cauliflower, green peas etc.
