Emma Roberts is a Black Level, and a long-term Hammer’s Gym Muay Thai enthusiast, having trained with the club since 2000.
Emma is a qualified Personal Trainer, Running Coach, Yoga devotee and manages a Physiotherapy clinic. With a keen interest in health, nutrition and sport psychology, she can often be found discussing training plans, recovery strategies or her next challenge!
Emma is always happy to assist students, and has insight into the unique challenges faced by females in the sport. Of all the sports she has tried, she finds Muay Thai to provide the most comprehensive physical and mental benefits, and Hammer’s Gym to be the most supportive and empowering community.
Emma assists in instructing all adult classes and is available upon request for personal training sessions.
