Women’s Only Class
Hammers gym is proud to be running every Saturday morning a Ladies only class. What does this involve you wonder?
This class is not your typical aerobics class, nope, it’s much more. In this class you will learn a mix of Muay Thai Kickboxing, boxing and strength/conditioning while burning some serious calories. Another outstanding key point is that you will never be bored, we constantly are changing it up so your body will always be working to its full potential and keep you excited.
To give you an idea of how a class runs, everyone meets on the main mat area. Here you will all do a warm up together (remember each time the workout can vary) after the warmup you will then line up and we will run through very basic Muay Thai/Boxing techniques. This will range from basic punches, kicks, elbows, knees and footwork. You will be shown how to perform each technique correctly. Once line work is completed and warm up is done, we will head to the HF45 functional area and complete a round of strength and conditioning.
Why strength and conditioning? Each station will be set up and the exercise performed will give you an all over body workout, this will also help implement strength and fitness that will help benefit your Muay Thai/boxing training.
This kind of training won’t just make you stronger physically but mentally also. All females are welcomed. Come and train in a family friendly environment, you won’t be disappointed.
