TBT -TUMMY, BUTT AND THIGHS
Tone, firm and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs, and bottom with our new TBT class!
This class improves specific muscle groups of the body that some women find challenging to isolate and strengthen. With the use of different equipment such as Glute Resistance bands, barbell / weight plate systems, Pilate’s fitness ring and the use of your own body weight we offer a 45-minute workout with a professional instructor to guide you.
In this women’s only class, you will be with likeminded members. Discuss goals, created friendships, and discover tips and tricks within our TBT community to enhance your exercise program.
Classes will be every Monday and Thursday at 6:45pm. Our class caters to all females with different needs, skills, and fitness levels.
